Now all that remains is to complete your Virtual Dark Run 5k, here's how it works:
Step 1: Complete a 5k run in the dark (please stay safe and be seen)
Step 2: Take a selfie before/during/after your run and post it on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/darkrun5k or email it to us at darkrun5k@outlook.com
Step 3: We will send you your GLOW IN THE DARK medal in the post, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (we aim to be much quicker). Please also ensure that the address entered on PayPal is correct (we cannot send replacements).
Step 4: Relax... safe in the knowledge that you've supported a great charity!
